Leana Deeb is a fitness influencer with a combined social media following in excess of 20M. Having recently got closer to her Muslim faith and embraced modest dressing we knew we wanted to feature Leana in our Every Strong Belongs campaign and celebrate her hijab. Hijabi women are hugely underrepresented in an industry that is so often focussed on showing skin.

In Whitechapel, en route to London’s largest Mosque, we created a mixed media installation combining a portrait of Leana, draped in a fabric hijab.
